Over the last month and a bit, there have been a lot of changes at the Strewth house.
The kid has come back to live with us full time…and that on its own has bought a slew of changes…and a hell of a lot more laundry! We have adopted a gluten free diet (the kid is gluten and dairy free) in order to assist with his Aspergers...

At my meeting last week, one of the other members shared a story about her charm bracelet. It was her gift and goal marker to herself. For every small step she made towards her end goal, she added another charm to her bracelet.
I thought that was a brilliant idea and I have my first charm ready to go….just need a charm bracelet...
