Over at Our Concrete Home, Andrea, Nate, and their two feline friends (Pixel & Loki) are busy making their concrete block house a home. Since purchasing their 1950's house in 2009, they've filled their blog with details on all kinds of DIY projects (including painting inside and out, replacing windows and doors, removing tired landscaping and tearing out old flooring, to name a few). Alongside their project work, they're sharing some decorating inspiration, their entertaining adventures, and the experience of being featured on Bath Crashers. Our personal favorite, though, are the Feline Friday posts featuring all of Pixel and Loki's mischief … they make us smile every time! Many weeks ago I picked up this dated plastic clock at a thrift shop. It was $0.99 and I thought it had nice lines and the face swiveled so I brought it home.
For some reason, this little clock reminded me of the appliances in the The Brave Little Toaster. I was lucky enough to have a little sister who loved watching this movie over...
