Trying to "undo" some of the modernization of a 1917 Craftsman house in the Riverside neighborhood of Wichita, KS. in hopes of bringing back its character, on a budget of course.

I hammer drilled furring strips into the brick. Probably the most difficult part of the jobThe strips are very secure
A friend hand made the green field tiles
The decorative tiles are from Motawi Tile Works
We also added a gas insert since the fireplace no longer burns wood
