Authors: Kim@NewlyWoodwards

I cannot tell you why we do this. Actually, I can. It’s because we hate mowing, too. Not yard work fans up in here.

Our little man is almost a year old. I’m sure I’ll write more about this at some point, but suffice it to say that this year went by in a hurry. Just like everyone said it would when I didn’t believe them. Because sometimes the minutes and the days seemed long. But, those people were right.

Ryan and I...

Super simple homemade cards and going outside your crafting comfort zone

Authors: Kim@NewlyWoodwards

I have always had good intentions to make homemade cards. Over the years, I’ve accumulated a variety of cardstock, scrapbook paper and cards for parties and other crafting endeavors. So, why didn’t I make my cards? Mostly laziness and insecurity that my cards wouldn’t be as good as a store-bought.

Because something doesn’t seem exciting enough. Or it’s a bit of a downer. Or...

(You should be used to me outsourcing the hard things to more competent people like my husband and smart friends.)

You...

Chalk paint end table updates

Authors: Kim@NewlyWoodwards

I love the color. And the paint went on...
